Fred Footwear is a pioneering footwear manufacturing and retail concern situated in the scenic city of Nelson Mandela Bay, South Africa. The company is a privately owned, Black Economic Empowered Company.
Fred Footwear was established in 2001, by Fredrick Eboru, a UK-trained fashion designer, who has been involved in the fashion and footwear industry for over forty years. After working for a number of companies across the African continent, he initiated the idea to establish a footwear company.Â
Our Mission: is to care for customers’ feet, by manufacturing fashionable and quality footwear products that provide the utmost comfort. Hence, at Fred Footwear, we aim is to – Put Your Feet First
Our Products: Fred Footwear manufactures and offers products in these categories; School wear, Safety wear, Work wear and Casual wear. Â

Our strategy execution involves balancing People, Profit and impact on the Planet. Our community impact initiatives are channel through the “Changing Lives” campaign. The campaign is primarily focused on providing educational support to students in various forms, which includes bursaries, school shoes etc. Furthermore, the campaign provides non-educational support to communities.
Annually, through collaboration with other organizations, Fred Footwear raise resources and co-donates needy products to disadvantaged students.
